Social media at my workplace

Today I am exploring the usage of social media at my workplace. I work in Prisma. I work at the info desk where we do returns and refunds. I also work as a cashier at times.

We have many apps that we use in my workplace. We have this app called "ORTEC ESS" where we can see our shifts and we can make wishes when we don't want to work. 

We use this app called "Workplace" where all the information comes and goes through. There are different kinds of channels where you can join. We share all kinds of information on there like weekly updates, upcoming events and stuff like that. We also use it to remind and inform our staff. 

We have a app called "WorkChat" and we use it to message with our colleagues.

We also have an Instagram account for our store. It is called "prismahalikko" if you want to check it out😊 On that specific account, we share information to our customers about upcoming events and deals.

Social media is a really powerful tool for marketing and we use it daily in my workplace. We think that it is the best way to inform our customers.
